Junior to Market is a peer-to-peer learning program designed to help junior coders build their portfolios faster. By purchasing a service, users join the Knit Software team to create apps.
3. Refund Policy
Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All work products, including but not limited to code, designs, and any intellectual property developed during the period of this agreement, shall be the exclusive property of KNIT Software. Users agree not to share any proprietary information, including code, business logic, or client details, outside of the company setting. Additionally, users agree not to solicit the company’s clients or encourage fellow volunteers to leave for other businesses or to start a competing business.
5. Non-Solicitation
Users agree not to solicit business from the company’s clients or to solicit other volunteers or employees of the company to engage in any business venture outside the scope of their service to the company during the term of this agreement and for a period of 12 calendar months (1 year) after its termination.
6. Data Collection
